Here’s something nice. A leaked BETA copy of upcoming Crysis 2 for PC. Since the final game is still month away, you can download this to see what it will be all about. Just keep in mind that this is BETA copy, so if you see something weird or unusual in game – don’t freak out or complain…

Description: Crysis 2 is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek and published by Electronic Arts, due for release on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in March 2011. It is the sequel to the 2007 video game Crysis and its parallel expansion game, Crysis Warhead. The story was written by authors Richard Morgan and Peter Watts, who has also written a novel adaptation of the game. It will be the first game to showcase the CryEngine 3 game engine.

The world was shocked with a series of environmental disasters, and mankind is on the verge of extinction. Good upload, works great. Who's game is freezing at the loading screen ( single player ):
1.) Open system.cfg
2.) Set „r_ShadersRemoteCompiler” to 0
So it'll look like this:
r_ShadersRemoteCompiler=0 ( instead of 1 )
3.) Save the file and done, loading takes a bit long and could go a little white during loading but i'll finish it in time.

Question: Any idea how could i set the game to run in DirectX11, or at least Dx10? Because by default it runs in DirectX9 only.
